Exciting times and new growth here at Onefix Media!

These are exciting times for Onefix Media, so we thought we’d share our news with you!

Firstly, you’re already on our new website, so why not have a look around and let us know what you think – you can feed back through our new social channels which you’ll see at the end of this blog. Feedback is important to us, so please do get in touch.

We hope you also like our new brand which we feel reflects the business as it is today and will be in the future.

But better still, we’re in the happy position of being able to expand our team. This means moving to larger offices within the grounds of Gatcombe House (same reception and postal address) and best of all, a new team member, who we’ll come to shortly.

As a recruitment advertising agency offering a portfolio of related services, we do a lot of work helping our clients to ensure their employer brand is as good as it can be. So it’s been fun to practise what we preach, and expanding our team has given us the opportunity to think about the kind of employer we want to be.

We’ve spent a long time working with some fantastic clients, helping them to develop and promote their employer brand, so we’ve learned from some of the very best.

We want to ensure our team has a great workspace that allows room for time away from the screen (hard work is a given!). So our new office is a space we can grow into, and we’re ambitious about building the best team we can – a team that enables us to provide best-in-class recruitment advertising, employer branding and Applicant Tracking services.

A problem we like to create for our clients! 

The search for the newest member of our team has given us a fresh insight into a problem that we like to create for all our clients – which great individual to choose?

We enjoyed the process of tele-screening and interviewing candidates for our vacancy; the hardest part was that we met some fantastic people and had only one role.

Mellissa Brice is one of those fantastic people, and we’re delighted to introduce her as our newest team member!

Mellissa starts on 8th May as our new Client Engagement Success Assistant.  Her job title may be fancy, but it pretty much spells out what she’ll be doing. To expand just a little on this, she’ll be managing and optimising our clients’ recruitment adverting campaigns, making sure we do all we can to ensure they perform well and analysing and reporting on the performance of the campaigns.

Mellissa has experience of the recruitment industry so understands the processes and challenges of the hiring cycle and of candidate attraction. She’s got a keen eye for detail – something that’s essential in our field – and a terrific and positive attitude with a passion for helping people. We’re delighted that she chose us too, and wish her a warm welcome to the team.

We’ve always been fans of social media and aware of the part it can play in creating a strong employer brand – perhaps that’s something you’d like to talk to us about!
